Known Bugs

If you find a bug, please contact me via Tech Support page or through any of the social websites linked below. These are the current items I know about, am working on, or have fixed, and should be corrected in the next update.

  • BUG: Commercial break detection calibration button may tell you to place the cursor before the "yellow line" when the video has already completed caching the audio, preventing you from calibrating to the current frame.
  • CAUSE: Selecting a clip and returning to the commercial break video control can put the system in a bad state where it is not aware that the caching for that video is complete.
  • WORKAROUND: Load another video, select that video, then return to the original video. This resets the state of your original video and allows you to continue calibrating to the current frame.
